Clinical Psychological Assistant - Adult Outpatient

As a Psychological Assistant in Kaiser Permanente’s general adult outpatient program, you’ll support licensed psychologists in delivering high-quality mental health care while working within an innovative, tech-forward environment inspired by Systeme.io’s culture. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, supporting evidence-based individual and group interventions, documenting in EHR systems, coordinating care with psychiatrists and primary care teams, and assisting with digital tools and workflows to improve patient engagement and outcomes. You’ll benefit from close supervision, regular feedback, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and data-informed care models, building a strong foundation for your clinical career in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting.
