Inside Sales Representative (Contract to Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends
Compensation: $21/hour base + commission, with potential commission earnings of $1,000–$2,500+ per month

Our client is a growing Miami-based company in the alternative funding industry, helping small and midsized businesses access capital to support their operations and growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to connect with business owners and help them explore funding solutions. This is a high-volume outbound sales position involving warm and cold leads, including previous customers and business owners who have recently expressed interest online.

The ideal candidate is comfortable building rapport by phone, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80+ outbound calls daily using a dialer to reach warm and cold business leads.
• Connect with previous customers and prospects who have expressed interest through the company’s website.
• Understand business owners’ funding needs and explain available financial programs.
• Handle objections, follow up consistently, and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-up in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of inside sales, call center, or closing experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a high-call-volume environment with commission opportunities.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive with follow-up.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
• Prior business funding experience is not required; training is provided.
