Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory TherapistAs a Respiratory Therapist, you will administer respiratory therapy care and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system, under the supervision of a physician and by prescription. The therapist performs all critical care duties without supervision and acts in a supervisory capacity when the supervisor is not available.Shift: 7pm to 7:30am***$10,000 SIGN-ON/RETENTION BONUS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES***Qualifications:Current Pennsylvania respiratory therapist license or temporary practice permit requiredOne year respiratory therapy experience preferredRRT registered or eligible for registration with RRT by NBRC-1 year to obtain PA licenseHealthcare provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of start date in position/departmentACLS certificationWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation based on experienceShift differentialsProfessional developmentSupportive and experienced peersBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision offered the first of the month after your start datePaid time off / sick time403(b) retirement plan with company matchFlex spending account25% discount on services at all Penn Highlands Healthcare facilitiesEmployee assistance program (EAP)Health & wellness programs
