Microsoft's Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture and execution of the Rhythm of Business (ROB) and business-review cadence, including agenda creation, insight capture, and action item tracking to completion.

• Coordinate continuous planning collaboration with key stakeholders and execute business plans with program managers to ensure alignment and business continuity under various conditions.

• Champion organizational health initiatives, including People Strategy and inclusion, while maintaining compliance and driving progress on culture initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources (HR).

• Shape internal and external communication strategies, including organizational narratives, executive messaging, and high-impact events like all-hands meetings and leadership updates.

• Partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to transform strategic priorities into actionable plans across teams.

• Handle sensitive and complex tasks with discretion and sound judgment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) with 8+ years of experience in financial management, operations management, or strategy roles; or equivalent experience.

• Experience in supply chain operations, partnering with engineering teams, and fluency in AI applications to business operations.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in rapidly changing environments with agility and focus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders.

• Proven capability to initiate tasks independently and drive them to completion.

• Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives with measurable impact.

• Collaboration skills across functions and organizational levels to ensure effective cross-group coordination.

• Excellent relationship management skills to build trust and influence decision-making across boundaries.

• Ability to independently deliver results for senior leaders and manage global programs simultaneously.

• Expertise in creating clarity from ambiguity and efficiently addressing challenges in complex situations.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
