Join Our Team as an OB/GYN Hospitalist

We are a California-based professional corporation, driven by a team of physicians and healthcare professionals dedicated to improving both group and individual performance through a cohesive, high-quality clinician-led network. We are currently looking for a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our practice in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA. This role involves:

• Working six (6) 24-hour shifts each month, with a flexible schedule.
• Providing coverage for eleven (11) Obstetricians.
• Managing an average of three (3) deliveries per 24-hour shift at El Camino Hospital.
• Rounding on all inpatients (postpartum and antepartum), with an average of 5-10 patients daily.

El Camino Hospital features a Level 3 NICU, a dedicated Anesthesiologist available 24/7 for Labor & Delivery, as well as a 24-hour Neonatologist and Pediatric Hospitalist for additional support.

Our comprehensive full-time compensation package includes:

• A base salary guarantee with total annual earnings of $342,000 (for 1.0 FTE).
• Performance incentives of up to 10% annually.
• A sign-on bonus of up to $100,000.
