Position Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice in Milford, MA. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and clinical support in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. Seeking a part-time hygienist to start (Thursdays and Fridays), transitioning to a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signs Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Assist with chairside procedures when needed using four-handed dentistry techniques Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance standards Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $50$60 per hour, based on experience Quarterly bonus Full-time work Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Supportive clinical and administrative team In-person work environment with consistent structure and support #J-18808-Ljbffr Passion Dental
