They will have Systems Engineering responsibilities consisting of the synthesis, definition, analysis, development, integration & test of electro-optic systems for airborne and ground surveillance. Candidate will work closely with cross functional members in engineering, manufacturing, & program management to design, develop & build high performance systems.Essential Functions:Design/develop system architectures, define key capabilities and performance requirements Define total systems design and technology that meet mission requirements Define system implementation approach and operational concepts Develop models and architectural guidelines for future technologies Ensure requirements are met and evaluate performance measures Perform system and subsystem integration, technical risk assessment, technical planning, verification and validation, and supportability analyses Understand and implement systems engineering processes on programs and projectsCreate and update essential engineering documents including specifications, reports, plans, technical memos, and presentationsCoordinate with other functional engineers to develop and test products, resolve compatibility and interface problems with other subsystemsProvide timely production support and problem resolutionAbility to obtain a US Security ClearanceQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
