Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Overtime Available Based on Production Needs

Job Overview

We are seeking Production Workers to support manufacturing and packaging operations. These roles involve operating filling equipment, performing quality checks, and packaging finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience and GMP knowledge who are looking to join a growing team.

✅ Responsibilities

• Operate manual filling line equipment

• Set up and adjust filling machines as needed

• Perform in-process quality checks, including seal inspections and fill volume verification

• Package finished products according to specifications

• Follow GMP guidelines and production procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support production goals while ensuring quality standards are met

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

• GMP knowledge

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moonachie, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
