Engaging prospective clients, the full-time Remote Appointment Setter will connect with childcare businesses to understand their needs and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Engage prospective clients through various communication channels to understand their business and marketing needs Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and maintain accurate CRM records Deliver insights and feedback from prospect conversations to improve engagement and appointment conversion rates Required Qualifications High school diploma required; relevant business qualification preferred Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service Proficiency with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Organized, proactive, and goal-driven with a customer-focused approach
