Must-Have: General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT experience is required. Pediatric experience is preferred.
Description: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced surgical environment. Experience with various surgical procedures is essential. Flexibility in scheduling is required as shifts may vary weekly. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgeries. On-call requirements will vary, averaging 3 to 6 days in a 28-day cycle. Weekend coverage is expected, averaging every 4th or 5th weekend. The candidate should have experience with patient ratio management. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred. The nurse will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential for team coordination and patient interaction. The candidate should be prepared to adapt to dynamic situations in the operating room. Adherence to safety protocols and procedures is crucial.
