Job Description Overview **Position contingent upon contract award** SOSi is looking for a Tactical Operations Lead to drive mission-focused execution at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. This role sits at the center of daily operations-aligning teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring tactical objectives are executed with precision and purpose. Essential Job Duties
Working at SOSi: All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
- Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations across all work areas.
- Ensuring alignment with TO objectives.
- Seamless execution of operational activities.
- Coordinating and managing IT services, system administration, system upgrades, cybersecurity operations, network maintenance, monitoring and enforcing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and C5ISR IT.
- Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Possess an active certification in one of the following: PMI Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP).
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a program of similar scope and complexity to this TO.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends.
- Target Salary Range: $140,773 to $190,043.
