Tax Manager - Private Client Services

Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established financial services firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team. This role focuses heavily on estate and trust taxation and requires strong hands‑on experience with fiduciary, gift, and estate tax filings, including advanced estate tax work. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex individual, trust, gift, estate, and nonprofit tax returns Manage high-level trust and estate tax engagements Review tax projections and planning strategies Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships Mentor and support junior staff members Conduct tax research and assist with engagement/billing oversight Qualifications 4+ years of public accounting experience Strong experience with trust, estate, and gift tax returns required Direct hands‑on Form 706 experience is mandatory CPA, EA, or JD required Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus Candidates should be able to speak to the approximate volume of estate/trust/gift returns handled recently Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
