We are looking for a motivated Service Partner Recruiting Associate to support contractor outreach and partner engagement for commercial summer grounds work in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates with confidence, enjoys building rapport, and stays persistent when connecting with prospective service providers. In this role, you will work closely with experienced team members to identify capable partners, assess their capabilities, and help expand a reliable network of field service professionals.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to connect with service providers about commercial seasonal work opportunities, including mowing, edging, and weeding services.
• Re-engage contractors who have not yet responded, confirm their level of interest, and move conversations forward through timely follow-up.
• Evaluate potential partners by gathering details on their equipment, service capacity, and readiness to fulfill contract expectations.
• Build productive relationships with service providers by maintaining clear, personable, and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with a subject matter expert to strengthen outreach efforts, refine partner evaluation conversations, and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and partner information using data entry and standard office tools.
• Coordinate scheduling and ongoing communication through phone and email to support recruiting and onboarding activity.
• Contribute to outbound sales-style outreach efforts by presenting opportunities clearly and encouraging interested partners to participate.• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, customer service, recruiting, or contractor outreach.
• Comfortable speaking with blue-collar or outdoor trade workers and building trust through direct communication.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a calm, steady, and candid approach on calls.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to stay organized and follow through on outreach activities independently.
• Ability to manage data entry, email correspondence, and basic administrative tasks in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Friendly and detail-oriented presence with the resilience to stay energized in a fast-paced, challenge-driven environment.
• Background in outdoor trades, field services, or recruitment is preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, appointment setting, or related call center responsibilities is a plus.
