Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinator – AFD Crest Hill AFD Crest Hill is committed to delivering family‑centered dental care with compassion, precision, and integrity. The Patient Care Coordinator is the welcoming face of the practice, providing support from the first hello to the final smile. Pay: $20–$23 per hour (commensurate with experience) + monthly office‑level bonuses, earning potential well over $50,000 per year. Schedule: M‑W 9 AM–5 PM; Th 9 AM–6 PM; F 9 AM–3 PM; one Saturday a month 8 AM–1 PM.
