Radiology - CT Tech

CT/X-Ray Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

The CT/X-Ray Technologist will be responsible for performing imaging procedures, including X-rays and CT scans, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-rays and CT scans on patients as required.
• Administer contrast media and prepare patients for procedures.
• Follow protocols for radiation safety and infection control measures.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation of patient information.
• Assist with aspirations and biopsies as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARRT certification in CT.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (Radiologic Technologist).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in imaging, including X-ray experience.
• Preferred experience with patient ratios of 1:1.
• Knowledge of Epic charting system is preferred.
