Job Overview SVP, AI Engineering – Private Credit Platform This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to go full time from day one. The role requires 12+ years of experience minimum (15+ preferred). Location Hybrid / NYC – 3 days on-site. No relocation. Responsibilities Lead AI engineering across our investment platform with a primary focus on private credit. Own the design and delivery of existing and evolving production AI system(s) that change how we source, underwrite, monitor, and report on Private Credit investments. Lead a team of 8 engineers (onshore and offshore) while still writing code yourself. This is a builder’s seat, not a strategy seat. Qualifications 12+ years of experience minimum in AI engineering leadership (15+ preferred). Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams in the 6–10 range, having hired, developed, and retained people. Recent experience building trading platforms in a capital markets environment. Projected tenure and long projects; recent local projects required. Good tenure and/or long projects; no relocation. Experience with Python, modern LLM frameworks, cloud platforms (Azure), and modern data architecture. Experience Verification Years working with AI Engineering Lead. Years working with Capital Markets. Years working with demonstrated leadership of engineering teams. Years building production AI systems and data pipelines in Python.
