Driver (per diem)

Description Location: Worcester, MA - Outpatient Lincoln Street Mobile Unit Program Pay Rate: $25.00/hour Schedule: Per diem Spectrum's Mobile program will provide access to medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) throughout the City of Worcester using a specially equipped van. This mobile program will target high-need populations who have been unable to access treatment under traditional, brick-and-mortar models. Target sites to improve access and engagement in treatment include shelters, food banks, homeless encampments, isolated neighborhoods and locations with a high incidence of overdose events. Driver is responsible for: Coordinating and providing all transportation for the mobile unit, including maintenance monitoring of the vehicle. Conducting daily safety checks and appropriate documentation before driving the mobile unit Transporting staff to designated locations for the Mobile Outreach Programing. Effectively managing crowd control and monitoring for safety both in the common areas of the mobile unit and parking areas. Qualifications: Minimum of high school diploma or GED required Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record Must display the use appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, staff and regulatory agencies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
