Responsibilities Coach, train and develop your team daily Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally Lastly, it is your store!
