Job Title Korean Bilingual Operations Coordinator – Mountain View, CA 94043 Shift Information Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours – Onsite Position Pay rate is $25/hr 12+ Month contract (W2, no 1099/C2C), possibility of extension or conversion. Job Description Provide operational and administrative support to a fast‑paced venture operations team, including calendaring, travel coordination, expense management, office coordination, and cross‑functional team support. Support venture operations reporting and database administration through data entry, quality assurance, reporting support, presentation development, and maintaining accurate operational and financial data across internal systems and tools. Translate routine business communications between Korean and English, support events and marketing initiatives, assist with social media coordination, and help streamline reporting and operational processes through strong organization and attention to detail. Qualifications Business‑level spoken and written fluency in Korean and English. 2+ years of experience within an administrative, operations, coordination, or analytical support function. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including maintaining and organizing large datasets. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred). Familiarity with AI productivity tools, database management platforms, or venture operations tools (preferred).
