Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for equipment, parts, and supplies
• Perform inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
• Organize warehouse shelves, storage areas, and equipment yard inventory
• Tag, label, and document equipment and parts
• Load, unload, and move materials using proper equipment and procedures
• Assist with locating and pulling parts for customers and technicians
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
• Keep the warehouse, yard, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous inventory, warehouse, general labor, shipping/receiving, or equipment experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Heavy equipment dealership, warehouse, and outdoor yard setting
• Frequent exposure to construction, agricultural, and industrial equipment
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to noise, dust, dirt, and moving machinery
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and material handling machinery
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, windy, or wet conditions
• Manual dexterity to handle parts, tools, and inventory materials
