Job Summary:
Seeking a Sterile Processing Tech responsible for sterilizing and distributing surgical instruments and supplies. Ensures compliance with safety standards and maintains a sterile environment for patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments following established protocols.
• Inspect and assemble surgical instrument sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes and equipment logs.
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely delivery of sterile supplies.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA State license as a Sterile Processing Technician.
• BLS-SPT certification from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Sterile Processing Tech.
• Ability to work night shifts with weekend availability.
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
