This role combines data coordination and payroll support, focusing on accurate data management, reporting, and payroll processing. You will clean and validate data from multiple sources, maintain databases, and support bi-weekly payroll activities for hourly and salaried employees. Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Maintain databases and data management systems, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support business operations, using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and improve data processes.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with maintaining payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and other payroll-related data.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and assist with internal and external audits as needed.
• Assist in processing new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments in the payroll system as needed.
• Support accurate tracking of benefits, garnishments, accruals, labor, and adjustments as required.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of full-cycle data entry and/or payroll processing experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and working with pivot tables.
• Strong data entry and data management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with multiple systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms and/or payroll systems such as ADP, Paycom, or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with timekeeping software; experience with Kronos is a plus.
• Ability to understand and apply payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with payroll elements such as benefits, garnishments, accruals, labor, and adjustments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rincon, GA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
