Fitness Manager
The Fitness Manager (FM) ensures every member receives a world-class experience while driving the financial success of our coaching and supplement departments. You will lead a high-performance team, manage daily operations, and take full ownership of private training and supplement revenue.

Key responsibilities include team leadership and staffing, sales and revenue performance, and administration and member service.
Qualifications include proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership, current nationally recognized personal training certification, strong communication skills, time management, and a deep understanding of fitness revenue metrics. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Ability to lead by example on the fitness floor, which includes standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment.
Compensation: $58,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
