Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

We are seeking one OB/GYN Physician for a locum assignment in Tahlequah, Oklahoma . This opportunity offers a balanced mix of clinic, labor & delivery, and surgical cases within a supportive OB/GYN department.

Tahlequah, Oklahoma

• Start Date: February 2, 2026

• End Date: May 2, 2026

• Schedule: Monday Friday

• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Days per Week: 5

• Call:

  • 24-hour on-call shifts

  • Weekday call and some on-call weeks

  • Call covers L&D and ER cases

• Full-scope OB/GYN practice

• Clinic, Labor & Delivery, ER coverage, and GYN surgery

• Includes high-risk OB , C-sections, and urgent GYN cases

• Approximately deliveries annually

• Established OB/GYN department with consistent volume

• MD/DO OB/GYN

• Active Oklahoma license or IMLC (minimum)

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Board Certified (required)

• BLS, ACLS, NRP required

• Comfortable with full-scope OB/GYN including call

• Malpractice history requirements:

  • No malpractice within the last 20 years

  • If older than 10 years, documentation required

• Updated Resume / CV

• OK Medical License

• Professional Reference(s)

• BLS, ACLS, NRP

• COVID Vaccination

• Driver s License or Passport

• DEA

• Board Certification

• OIG & SAM reports

• HCP Questionnaire (attached)
