BMW of Pembroke Pines is seeking a Booker/Cashier to join our Service Department. This entry level position plays a key role in supporting the service team by accurately coding and booking customer pay repair orders, handling invoicing, scanning documents, and processing customer payments. What You’ll Do: Code and book customer pay repair orders Generate and process invoices for completed service work Scan and upload documents into the dealership management system Serve as the cashier for the Service Department, handling customer payments accurately and professionally Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and filled properly Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth and timely processing of repair orders Assist with general administrative tasks and support the service office as needed What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills; experience with CDK or similar dealership system is a plus Previous cashier or administrative experience is helpful but not required At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
