Collections Specialist

Account Resolution Specialist – Beaverton, OR No experience? We are training the right person for this role. Responsibilities Making outbound calls on past‑due accounts Analyzing aging reports and documenting all account activities Demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co‑workers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputes Communicating cross‑functionally with sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process and tackle challenges head‑on Qualifications Advanced problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize projects within a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence to collect money while maintaining excellent relationships with the customer base Preferred Skills (Not Required) 2 years of collection experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Opportunity to advance into leadership roles Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance plans Matched 401(k) FSA Program Pay range $18–20 per hour, depending on experience Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Pacific Office Automation is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
