Network Planning Product Manager

The Network Planning Product Manager supports and enhances Kinaxis‑based supply chain applications to deliver critical enterprise outcomes. Responsibilities Translate emerging Supply & Demand needs into detailed requirements and refine solution architecture. Manage product roadmaps, coordinate with Accenture and Iris Product Manager, and align requirements with the business. Lead testing and validation of new system functionality, assist with deployment to business units, and support production issues. Act as liaison between Supply & Demand teams and the third‑party tech support provider, ensuring the Kinaxis system continues to meet business needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with BU IBP teams to synthesize perspectives. Make value/complexity trade‑off assessments in coordination with Accenture. Prioritize and communicate product roadmaps and gain buy‑in from leadership. Lead training programs in partnership with Process managers for system changes and upgrades. Optimize utilization of existing system functionality. What We Look For B.A. in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. Master's degree (optional). 7‑10 years of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), supply planning, supply chain and operations, or inventory management experience. 3‑7 years of product management experience. Optional/Preferred: Experience with analytics, decision intelligence, and/or AI platforms. Proficiency in ERP/supply planning tools, preference for Kinaxis & SAP S4Hana. Experience interfacing across multiple functions including data scientists or engineers. Optional: Supply chain operations experience (Consumer preferred). Business Acumen & Skills Product thinking – Understand business needs, construct user stories, translate stories into data/functionality requirements, and align with engineering teams. Product testing – Test and validate new system functionality and assist with deployment. Digital dexterity – Adaptability to operate across different, changing systems. Project planning – Prioritize and create product roadmaps, making value/complexity trade‑off decisions. Familiarity with agile methodology – Understand principles and tools. Supply Chain operations – Familiarity with supply chain operations and unique constraints within consumer goods companies (preferred). Soft Skills Rapidly prioritize and adapt to change. Salary ranges vary by zone: Zone A $128,000 – $252,200; Zone B $117,400 – $231,200; Zone C $106,700 – $210,200. Additional incentive plan eligibility applies.
