Field Market Manager

Job Summary Regular work location: Market - AMRET - TX - Houston 228. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Pay: $22 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus. Responsibilities Visit retail locations within the assigned territory and engage with merchants professionally. Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence. Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in‑store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met. Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits. Establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity. Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment. Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route. Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused. Experience in retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing roles is a plus. Knowledge of products and services demonstrated. Excellent presentation, problem‑solving and confidentiality skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment. Reliable transportation within the assigned territory. Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful Motor Vehicle Record screening required. Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay (DailyPay options available).
