Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop personalized treatment plans
- Help patients regain mobility and independence with tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs
- Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with regulations and facility policies
- Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a long-term care setting
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
- Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Missouri required
- Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment
