About the Role As Captain on a Bombardier Challenger 300/350, you will lead every phase of flight with a safety-first mindset, crisp decision-making, and exceptional airmanship. You’ll manage preflight planning, crew coordination, and customer-focused operations while maintaining full regulatory and procedural compliance—especially for international missions. Minimum Qualifications Total time: 3000 hours PIC time: 1500 hours Multi-engine: 1500 hours Jet: 500 hours Instrument time: 250 hours Type rating: Required (CL-30) License required: CPL, IR, ME Accepted licenses: FAA Medical: Class 1 (FAA First-Class) Additional Requirements Available to work on an on-call basis with flexibility for short-notice trips. Able to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually and maintain all recurrent qualifications. Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KAPC (Napa, CA) or willingness to relocate. What You’ll Do Exercise full command authority, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance. Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including performance, fuel, route, and weather strategies. Lead effective CRM, mentorship, and clear communication with crew, dispatch, and stakeholders. Deliver a refined passenger experience while safeguarding operational efficiency and confidentiality.
