Job Summary: Join our team at Morada Bay Beach Cafe as a Food Runner and play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience at our picturesque beachside caf.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, ensuring a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage the stocking of essential dining items like condiments and bread.
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding order timing and assist in maintaining food presentation standards.
- Be responsive to guest needs post-food delivery, ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining area.
- Participate in team meetings to stay aligned with restaurant protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
- Proactively engage with guests to promote the caf's amenities and address any service issues.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
