Employees, students, families, and even local beachgoers came together seamlessly, united by a shared purpose. The energy and leadership shown by the next generation - especially the children who joined their parents - made the day even more impactful.This is the Skechers spirit in action - our people stepping up to care for the communities where we live and work.* +2358,412 followers3moStrong leadership at starts with the fundamentals - and gets even stronger when leaders connect.Recently, leaders from our U.S. Distribution Center in Moreno Valley, California came together for the first Skechers Competency Bootcamp - a 28-week leadership development program designed to reset, reconnect, and return to leadership basics while continuing to deliver operational excellence. This was far more than a one-and-done workshop; it was a meaningful, long-term investment in the growth of our Managers and Senior Managers.Throughout the program, leaders engaged in lively discussions, practical activities, and shared problem-solving, breaking down silos and learning from teams they don't always partner with day to day. From capstone projects to fresh leadership tools, participants explored new ways to amplify their experience and lead with greater intention.Culture and individual impact remained front and center, reinforcing that leadership shows up every day - in conversations, decisions, and how we support one another.Proud of this group for leaning in, committing to the journey, and strengthening the foundation of leadership across our Distribution Center.In Colombia's capital - where movement, energy, and creativity are part of everyday life - partnered with local artist Nathalia Lopez to bring a large-scale mural to one of Bogotá's most highly traveled spaces.The inspiration came from the city itself: its rhythm, its people, and the way murals function as part of everyday life rather than isolated art pieces. Designed and completed over 20 days, the mural translates themes of motion, comfort, and lifestyle into a visual narrative that feels natural within Bogotá's urban landscape - transforming a building facade near our Carrera Skechers store into a cultural and brand landmark.To extend its impact, the mural was enhanced with architectural lighting and projection mapping during Bogotá's Night Ciclovía, creating an immersive nighttime experience that invited people to stop, watch, capture, and share. What began as a mural became a moment - blending art, community, and movement.This project wouldn't have been possible without the incredible collaboration and planning behind the scenes.
