Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population. Preferred Licensure LPC or LPC Associate LCSW or LMSW LMFT or LMFT Associate Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply While not required, experience or specialization in any of the following areas is highly valued: Play Therapy Art Therapy Complex Family Systems First Responders LGBTQ+ populations BIPOC-focused care What You'll Do Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports as needed Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution Active Alabama licensure or associate-level licensure (LPC, LPC Associate, LMFT, LMFT Associate, LCSW, or LMSW) Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Ability to successfully complete a background check Equal Opportunity Employer Ellie Mental Health is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees feel respected, valued, and supported.
