What You'll Do

• Provide 24-hour coverage for urology cases at a hospital with 76 beds
• See a diverse patient population across all ages with urologic needs
• Manage patient care in clinics in Chambersburg, with phone support from Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center
• Perform consultations, procedures, and follow-ups related to urology
• Document patient encounters via EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with hospital staff, maintain compliance with licensing and hospital policies
• Support patient care with minimal support staff, adapting to coverage needs

What You Need

• Valid PA license, DEA registration, and BC or BE in Urology
• Comfortable with communication and patient interaction, especially for new grads
• Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
• Willingness to support patients across multiple locations in the region
