M3G | Movement3Golf is seeking an ambitious Associate Instructor to join one of the most advanced golf performance and coaching environments in the country.

Founded by Rick Silva, PGA - GOLF Magazine Top 100 Teacher and Golf Digest Best in State Instructor – M3G operates at the intersection of golf instruction, biomechanics, human movement, technology, and elite client experience. Our work combines objective measurement, coaching expertise, and individualized player development to help golfers perform at their highest level.

This is not a traditional teaching position, nor is it simply another golf industry job.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about coaching, committed to continuous learning, and interested in building a long‑term career within the profession. The successful candidate will be immersed in every aspect of a modern performance‑based coaching business, including instruction, player evaluation, biomechanics, force and pressure analysis, motion capture technology, launch monitor data, club fitting, client communication, business operations, and content development.

The selected candidate will work directly alongside Rick Silva and gain exposure to the systems, technologies, methodologies, and communication skills that support one of the most respected coaching environments in the game.

More importantly, this position is designed as a developmental pathway rather than simply employment. The Associate Instructor will receive direct mentorship, increasing responsibility, and a clearly defined progression toward becoming an independent instructor within the M3G coaching system.

Experience Required

We recognize that exceptional coaches come from a variety of backgrounds. While prior experience is valuable, we are ultimately seeking an individual with the character, mindset, and potential to thrive within the M3G environment.

Qualified candidates may come from golf instruction, player development, club fitting, biomechanics, fitness, hospitality, business operations, sales, communications, or other client‑facing professions where service, communication, and relationship‑building are critical to success.

Preferred Qualifications

• PGA Associate, PGA Member, PGA Specialized Professional, PGA Certified Professional, or PGA Master Professional status
• A demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development
• Experience in golf instruction, coaching, club fitting, player development, fitness, hospitality, sales, or related service industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine interest in technology‑based coaching, player development, and performance analysis
• Experience with launch monitors, club fitting, biomechanics, motion capture, force and pressure analysis, or related technologies is beneficial but not required
• Experience with content creation, social media, or digital communication is beneficial but not required
• An understanding of hospitality and premium client service is highly valued

Essential Responsibilities

The Associate Instructor will play an integral role in the daily operation and continued growth of M3G | Movement3Golf. This position is designed to provide meaningful responsibility from day one while creating a structured pathway toward increased coaching, leadership, and business responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting every stage of the player journey, from initial inquiry through ongoing coaching and development
• Managing scheduling, billing, client communication, follow‑up, and administrative systems to ensure operational excellence throughout the organization
• Assisting with player evaluations, coaching sessions, and technology‑based instruction while learning the M3G coaching methodology and communication framework
• Developing proficiency with industry‑leading technologies including GEARS 3D Motion Capture, force and pressure analysis systems, launch monitors, SAM PuttLab, and PuttView
• Preparing lesson summaries, player development plans, and follow‑up communication to support long‑term client success and retention
• Supporting club fitting initiatives, technology setup, calibration, maintenance, and day‑to‑day facility operations
• Assisting with the planning, creation, and distribution of educational and marketing content across social media and digital platforms
• Supporting junior programs, clinics, player development initiatives, and supervised coaching opportunities
• Participating in ongoing education, mentorship, and professional development activities designed to accelerate growth as a coach and industry professional
• Contributing ideas, solutions, and initiatives that improve the client experience, operational efficiency, and overall growth of the business
• Demonstrating professionalism, accountability, initiative, and a commitment to the standards and culture of the M3G organization
• Progressively earning increased coaching responsibilities, autonomy, and leadership opportunities through demonstrated performance and development
