We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity starting at $19/hour , PLUS a $100 weekly bonus! Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Fridays OFF! Starting Pay: $19/hour Weekly Bonus: $100 Potential Overtime: January, April, July & October This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Batch and process customer orders Handle order substitutions Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Enter and maintain accurate order and inventory information Communicate with shipping staff regarding deliveries and schedules Coordinate with stockers to keep products replenished Work closely with warehouse leads and supervisors Help keep daily warehouse operations organized and running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Warehouse or operations experience preferred WMS experience is a plus Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills Strong and accurate data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Dependable and able to work independently as well as with a team Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout a 10-hour shift and work comfortably in a warehouse environment.
