What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient function through formal/informal testing to assess skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular health
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
• Collaborate with physicians to submit and update treatment regimes, ensuring alignment with medical orders
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, prognosis, and interventions
• Coordinate treatment schedules with patients, families, and clinical support staff
• Document progress and modify plans of care as needed to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide patient-centered therapeutic activities focused on recovery and function improvement

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
