Video Strategy Lead: Brand Franchises & Production

Figma is seeking a Video Strategist to define the role video plays across brand, social, editorial, product launches, and events. You will own the format architecture, build recurring video programs, and manage budgets and partnerships with agencies, creators, and vendors.
You’ll lead the craft, set a high-quality standard across outputs, and partner with analytics to measure impact and guide future video work. This is a senior role within Brand Marketing.
