Responsibilities: Collect and analyze patient data to identify trends and develop effective treatment plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare staff Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare settingAbility to lift and transfer patients as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities About the Role: As a Med Tech at Grand Villa Assisted Living, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
