Shine Bright.What You'll Be Doing:The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest. This position plays a key role in creating memorable experiences through professional hospitality, menu expertise, and efficient execution while supporting the operational standards of an independently operated restaurant within a hotel.Key Responsibilities:Provide warm, friendly, and professional service throughout each guest's dining experience.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food, wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail menus.Guide guests through menu selections, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions.Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards.Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns.Build rapport with guests to create memorable dining experiences and encourage repeat visits.Present checks, process payments accurately, and thank guests for dining.Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings along with allergies additional offeringsWhat Is Required:Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.Experience in upscale, hotel, or high-volume dining environments is preferred.Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails.Excellent communication and guest service skills.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Current food safety and alcohol service certifications as required by state and local regulations.Join UsIf you're highly organized, hospitality-minded, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is your opportunity to shine with the Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa.Apply today and start your journey where You Belong.
