IQ Dental Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant to join our thriving general dentistry practice in Lake Forest, CA. This role is crucial in supporting our dental team and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. We welcome candidates at all experience levels, including those seeking entry into the dental field.

Pay
$22~$29 per hour
Salary Details
Pay depending on experience; new graduate assistants welcome to apply but at least one year experience is preferred. Bonus if bilingual in Chinese and/or Spanish.

Requirements
- Basic life support
- General Dentistry
- Open Dental
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current X-Ray Certification.
Demonstrated commitment to patient care and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
Job Description
Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures (e.g., restorative, preventative, surgical).
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to established protocols.
Take and develop dental x-rays.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling as needed.
Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the dental office.
Benefits
Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, with lunch hour from 1:00pm to 2:00pm
