This role is both hands-on and leadership-driven .

You will support the day-to-day work while also guiding a team toward stronger performance, improved processes, and better outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily billing operations and claim accuracy
• Support accounts receivable follow up and cash posting
• Translate KPIs into clear, actionable workflows
• Coach and support billing staff performance
• Improve AR aging and operational efficiency

Your leadership helps ensure both financial stability and patient access to care .

• Full time, exempt leadership position
• Hands-on operational and team leadership role
• Opportunity to drive process improvements and team performance
• Work closely with revenue cycle and hospital leadership

• Hospital billing experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows
• Ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• $60,048 – $90,072 depending on experience
