Youth Housing Navigator & Success Advocate
Covenant House International
Covenant House International in New Orleans seeks a Housing Navigator Success Specialist to provide housing stability and aftercare services to youth facing homelessness. The successful candidate will engage with youth to develop personalized housing plans and coordinate case management services. This position requires a commitment to trauma-informed care, as well as collaboration with various community partners to ensure comprehensive support for youth.
