QA Engineer (Telecom)

This is a long-term opportunity for a QA Engineer who has hands on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing with Telecommunication domain background. Job Title QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) Location Dallas, TX Job Type Contract / Fulltime Job Summary We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing, preferably with Telecom domain experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Execute test cases, log defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams Validate end-to-end workflows, APIs, and backend systems Ensure adherence to QA best practices and quality standards Required Skills Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM, etc.) Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Strong analytical and communication skills Good to Have Telecom domain experience (OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing, network systems, etc.) API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured) Basic SQL knowledge for data validation CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, Git, etc.) Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Contract Job Function Engineering and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr SWITS DIGITAL Private Limited
