Thriveworks Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Cornelius, North Carolina Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will practice. Compensation W2 position, 15-20 clinical hours per week, salary range $65,000-$94,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in both in‑person and telemedicine settings. Treat clients 14 years and older. Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed. Create and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans. Complete and administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools. Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines. Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services. Qualifications Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (board‑certified). Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state. Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus. Minimum 1 year of psychiatric practice; three years of experience is a plus. Completion of an in‑house training and certification exam on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach. Benefits Remote Medical Assistants.
