Afc Summer Intern
The AFC Summer Intern is a paid internship with a start date of July 6 and an end date of September 13th. The intern works on several projects throughout the summer with a focus on planning and preparation for View email address on click.appcast.io and other First-Generation programs.
This is a Middlebury student Level B position paying $14.95 per hour
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Director of Intercultural Life and First Generation Programs with the planning and execution of all tasks and events related to View email address on click.appcast.io.
- Support the First-Gen Experience program, including pre-planning for fall events and small projects.
- Attend all assigned meetings related to View email address on click.appcast.io, new student orientation, and shared leader trainings.
- Help prepare promotional materials for first years, including introductory emails, posters, flyers, etc.
- General Office tasks and responsibilities, including coverage while staff is away
- Manage all communications and social media for the AFC and View email address on click.appcast.io program throughout the summer and into move-in week.
- Other projects for the center as assigned.
