What You'll Do
Provide outpatient and inpatient urology consultations and proceduresUtilize DaVinci surgical robotic system for complex surgeriesCollaborate with a team of 2 Urologists in a multispecialty groupWork with well-defined referral sources from primary care providersManage a patient population comprising approximately 50% adult and 50% geriatric patientsParticipate in on-call duties (10 days/month)Maintain high standards of patient safety and care qualityDocument with EMR system (EPIC)
What You Need
US Medical License and current Board certification or eligibility in UrologyACLS and BLS certificationsAbility to see 17-20 patients dailyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to relocate within 40 miles of Ashtabula or reside locally
