Position Overview As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Lakeside Generations, you’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a team‑oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type Part‑time, working every other weekend and every other holiday. Available Shifts Every other weekend evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Wage $27 to $31.33 per hour, depending on experience. Shift Differential Evening: $3 per hour Nights (NOC): $4 per hour Bonus $5,000. I've worked at a group home, two assisted livings, and now here, and this is hands down the best place I've worked." – Ashleigh Nurse Responsibilities Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow‑up action as necessary. Performs additional duties as required. Nurse Qualifications Must have an MN LPN license and be in good standing. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
