Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, associates, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the location perimeter to help identify suspicious activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor activity throughout the retail location and maintain a visible presence to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized conduct.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or store leadership when appropriate.
• Document patrol activity and security-related incidents through clear, accurate reports in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
