General position summary: Identify and close new corporate relocation business opportunities that meet our company goals and objectives, and to develop strong network of referral partnerships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Business develop, hunt & cultivate new business sales through distributed leads, referrals, local and professional networking, internet research, social media connections, etc.
-
Deliver effective and professional sales pitches / presentations directly to end user clients, key referring partners – including client’s CRE broker, landlord, architect, GC or thru referring partners met thru B2B networking groups.

Ability and willingness to conduct virtual surveys and travel to customer onsite office suite to conduct on-site walk throughs.

Develop and present to client decision makers our proposal to contract details detailing out our covered scope of services we will review with clients needing to make an informed decision.

Effectively set and establish appropriate expectations – for our customers and our internal teams, so every move is set up for success.

Work with PMO project teams responsible for delivering your developed contract to ensure customer requirements and expectations are clearly defined to ensure top customer satisfaction.

Produce weekly sales activity reports as required and submit them to Sales management and respond to business needs within a timely manner.

Learn, embrace and utilize daily our CRM platform to ensure data is updated daily, and to benefit from the sales tools available within the platform to improve closing ratios.

Ability and desire to uncover upcoming commercial opportunities in market
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of direct sales experience in CRE, IT/Data, Mover, Signage, Office Furniture & Workplace Solutions
- Possess and exhibit strong selling skills
- Ability to quickly respond, follow up on all commitments made, be able to multi-task as multiple projects will coincide
